Brief Answer:
Blood urea and creatinine measurement. Abdominal ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query

I am afraid testing for Sexually transmitted infections really give no clue with regards to kidney status and function. I suggest blood tests, to check for kidney function like blood urea and creatinine levels be done. however, it might be difficult to know if there are associated changes in the kidney, or existence of kidney stones, or other conditions that could mimic kidney pain. An abdominal ultrasound would be of utmost importance here .

Hope to have helped you. ln case of other questions, do not hesitate.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
