Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering for your query.
It is not clear about intercourse history, partner history if any, other symptoms etc
This may be due to urinary tract infections, prostate gland infection, dehydration, STDs etc.
You may need to undergo urine analysis and culture, ultrasound scan, STDs investigation also may be needed if you or your partner have multiple partners.
Antibiotic may be needed depending on diagnosis.
Drink plenty of water and fluids daily without fail.Lt may take care many times.
You can get back if any doubts.
