Question: I have had water diarrhea for 3 day now and now i have notice blood in stool. i also have abdominal pain on my right side.

All the symptoms that you say does not sound benign.
Fever with abdominal pain accompanied by bloody stool goes in favor of Typhoid fever. YOu should get evaluated by doctor locally. You may need a prescription of antibiotics also. Please do not delay the treatment as Typhoid is serious problem and can affect others in the family.
