What Causes Fever, Vomiting, Skin Rash And Weakness?

Question: Hello Doctor,

My mother is 61 year old.

From past 3 days , she is facing below health problems :

Day 1: She was suffering from fever 101F, vomiting, Rashes.Also, She was energyless and also not even to lift her body up after lying.Also she felt like her body is tight .

Day 2: After consultinng doctor, he gave some ayurvedic medicibes to be takn with tulsi and gubgier water .Also he took tests for4 Hemoegone and (MP), Urine. After the consumption of medicinez, there is improvement in rashes, but stil facing pinching feeling on face.Fever was still same and also no energy still.

Day 3 : From the morninng she fell on floor while doing brush and she didnt know wht happend with her.Fever still there and pinching feeling.But she can walk little. Her body is still tight little.If she tries to expand her hands or legs more she cant do.I am attaching Day 2 reports. We consulted doctor again today.He told to come for test for Denngue

I think you should take your mother to a XXXXXXX Physician, get her properly tested, and admit her if the Physician thinks it is needed.I feel this way because no proper diagnosis has been made and she continues to have fever. More than the fever what bothers me is the extreme weakness leading to fall. This I feel needs immediate attention to rule out complications and other causes of fever.Also, does she suffer from Hypertension, Diabetes or any other chronic illness that could add to her weakness?

yes , she usually suffer from high Bp and she didnt take medicines for that these 3 days

Today also she fainted in morning and also was still for sometime.ane vomited and her legs were shaking differently.

We checked with other Physician today.We also found her Bp came low 100/50
he took again some tests.Moreover he told it is viral and wil take 5 more days to recover
