What Causes Fever Post Endometrial Biopsy?
Question: I have an endometrial biopsy last Thursday everything seems okay. Yesterday my temperature spiked. I was sweating profusely. Took Advil that day I had a headache. Today temp is 100.4 slight headache. Took aspirin. Is the fever unrelated to the biopsy.

Biopsy is usually a very minor procedure and fever episode after biopsy is highly unlikely.
Just take simple paracetamol tablet to relieve the fever and in case it stays even after 2 days or the temperature spikes more than 103 degrees then visit your doctor for evaluation.
