Brief Answer:
Looks like chicken pox rash.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query and pictures. Pimple like rashes looks like chicken pox. Other symptoms can be due to that also. Avoid methotrexate. Avoid milk if you have diarrhoea. But you can have curd and bananas. take tender coconut water , ORS etc. you should take more fluids for compensating loss through diarrhoea and fever. For fever you can take paracetamol. Pantocid and domperidone can be continued.
Also get a blood routine examination and PCR test from the rash if possible.
In case of chicken pox taking antiviral drugs like acyclovir orally will be helpful.
A consultation with a GP or dermatologist is well appreciated for this.
Do you got any rash on other parts? Is the rash fluid filled or associated with itching?
You can apply calamine lotion locally.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Most likely chicken pox.

Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

I have gone through all your pictures. It looks like chicken pox. taking antiviral drug acyclovir orally will be helpful for this. You can ask your GP or Dermatologist for confirmation and prescription. Take proper rest. You can apply Brilliant green on rashes or apply calamine lotion. Take fruit juices , tender coconut water etc for vitamin C and electrolytes. Taking antihistamines like cetirizine will be helpful to decrease the burning feeling.
Better to do a blood routine and platelet count to rule out haemorrhagic fever and bacterial infections. Unnecessary antibiotic should be avoided better.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Better to be hospitalized.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

It is better to get hospitalized as in case of chicken pox it is a communicable disease. You will get good treatment , care and isolation in hospital setting. You can stay at home if some one is there who is immunized for chicken pox to take care of you and if you can stay in isolation from others.

Thank you for your follow up query.

In such case it is better to be hospitalized. For immuno-compromized patients chicken pox is more troublesome and risky for complications.
