Brief Answer:
Likely premenstrual syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Low grade fever can be part of premenstrual syndrome, which is present from 5-6 days prior to the periods.
This is due to the effect of the progesterone hormones, which are increased in the second half of the menstrual cycle.Other symptoms of premenstrual syndrome are bloating, breast tenderness, fever, irritability, moodiness, weepy, emotional, diarrhea, constipation, head aches, migraines, confusion, body aches, fatigue, and craving
Periods occuring 4-5 days earlier than the last menstrual period is considered normal.
Please tell the temperature recorded during fever, so that exact diagnosis can be made.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
