What Causes Fever After Taking Antibiotics For A Tooth Infection?

Question: I have tooth infection for which I am getting treatment currently. Antibiotic (MOX) and pain killer (Combiflam) + Omeg 25mg
but since yesterday i am feeling feverish.
And today I felt dizzy.

can you please guide me what I need to do?
fyi - Lately i have a history since few months to show low blood pressure.

Hi and thanks for your query.

I have read your query and my suggestions are as follows:
- Get the tooth infection examined again by your dentist. It may or may not be healing. Antibiotics may be causing unnecessary side effects. Thus followup with a dentist would be needed to know further course of action.
- Complete the antibiotic regime as prescribed.
- Get your Blood pressure checked again as it may be getting low due to stress etc
- The fever may be due to other reasons like viral, etc. Bacterial infection is less likely
- Take prebiotics. Take medicines for vomiting if any and rehydrate if diarhea is present.

Also let me know how long have you been taking the antibiotics.
