Brief Answer:
Fever unlikely to be due to head injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

The cause of fever is unlikely to be due to head injury or due to wound. Wounds present over forehead heal well and unlikely to get infect because of rich blood supply.
If there is no redness in the skin surrounding the sutured wound then there is no cause for concern.
Antipyretic like Paracetamol will be helpful for fever.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
