Brief Answer:
Please tell a few details-

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient, with this medical history,I would have told you that with these symptoms may be due to radiculopathy or nerve radicles damage. It may be due to spine degeneration or disc disease.

You will probably need to undergo a MRI of Lumbo-sacral spine and Nerve conduction studies of lower limbs. Please get yourself examined by a neurologist,so that he can decide upon the further line of investigations.

Diabetes can also result in such symptoms. So,please get fasting blood sugar levels done.

If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer.

Regards,
Dr.Ajay Panwar
