Brief Answer: Constipation and Urinary tract infection Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX, Thanks for choosing health care magic for your query. I have gone through your query and I am suspecting constipation and recurrent urinary tract infection in your case. Feeling of incomplete voiding after passing stools is most commonly due to constipation. Most common causes of constipation being low fiber diet, reduced water intake and some medications like iron supplements etc. I would suggest you increase fiber rich foods in your daily diet and drink at least 3-4 liters of water per day. Coming to burning sensation in your genitals while passing urine, is most commonly due to urinary tract infection. Since you have had these symptoms on and off for the past 5 years I am suspecting recurrent urinary infection. The most common causes for this infection is poor personal hygiene and reduced water intake. I would suggest you keep the genital area clean and dry and drink adequate water per day. If the symptoms recur or do not reduce, I would suggest a urine culture and sensitivity test to rule out urinary infection. If the test is positive for growth then you need to get in touch with a doctor nearby you for prescription of appropriate antibiotics based on the test results. I hope I have answered your query satisfactorily. Please get back if I can assist you further. Thanks.

Brief Answer: Prostate enlargement Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX, Welcome back. A continuous feeling of relaxed anus can be seen in older people due to weakness of the anal sphincter muscles. I do not suspect you to have this problem at a young age of 28. Anyway, these anal sphincter muscles can be tightened by pelvic exercises where you tighten and relax the anal muscles for few minutes every day. If this does not help then you need to get a surgical consultation for examination of anal sphincter. Coming to prostate enlargement, this is also common in persons older than 60 years and not likely to occur in young age. I hope I have cleared your doubts. Please get back if any more clarifications. Thanks.

Brief Answer: Regular exercise and healthy fiber rich diet Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX, If exercise is relieving your symptoms, especially feeling of incomplete voiding, that only indicates that you suffer from constipation due to indigestion. I would suggest you have a balanced diet with addition of fiber like salads, fruits and raw vegetables, lentils and whole wheat. Drink adequate water per day (3-4 liters/day). Regular exercise will help boost your appetite and also relieve any indigestion you might be having, please continue exercising. Wishing you a healthy life. Thanks.
