Brief Answer:
spondylitis probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of cervical spondylitis and radiculopathy. I assume you have had prior history of neck pains.

I think the discs that separate the vertebra in your back have been compressing your nerves causing the symptoms.

I think I would suggest that you have a good physiotherapy in this case. A MRI cervical spine is warranted. A prescription for pregabalin may also help you.

IgE levels usually suggest a parasitic infection. So you have any abdominal complaints like pain or loosestools? If you do, a short course of antiparasitic medicines like albendazole is useful.

I suggest considering a echocardiography and mri brain as well.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
