Brief Answer:
causes are detailed below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern. However I don't feel you have something sinister to be worried about. Though a clinical examination and investigation is required to identify the cause, symptomatically this unilateral warmth feeling is not something I will be worried about.

That being said, I will encourage you to see a doctor who can check for facial weakness and perform blood tests to check for blood sugar, vitamin b12, vitamin D, thyroid function, calcium and magnesium levels. The role of menopause related estrogen deficiency should also be considered. Once all these parameters are looked into, he/she can start you on oxcarbazepine / related drug. I believe this will solve your problem.

Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
