Brief Answer:
I am concerned

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Without knowing your prior health history I would like to give you my opinion here. I would be concerned in a person who had lost 30lbs, has difficulty swallowing and diminished appetite. It is imperative to test further in terms of tumor.

Though cardiomyopathy itself would cause the above symptoms, it is always good to verify.

I should advise to consult the doctor once again. COQ10 is not important right now till the current symptoms are proven benign. If they are benign I would ask you to start COQ10 again.

Hope this helps.
