Brief Answer:
Statin induced severe myopathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query on this forum.

Function of Gallbladder is to store bile. The stored bile is released by bladder as and when required by body for digestion and emulcification of fats. So we can sat that Bile is a fluid that is made and released by the liver and stored in the gallbladder. Bile helps with digestion. It breaks down fats into fatty acids, which can be taken into the body by the digestive tract.
After gallbladder surgery as gallbladder is removed bile can't be stored by body but please note that though stored in gallbladder it is formed by liver. As liver remain untouched in gallbladder operation the amount of bile required to absorb vitamin and emulsify normal amount of fat is still there in body.So i don't think that gallbladder removal will affect your vitamins level to such a extent that it cause severe fatigue as in your case. Infact vitamin A,.D,E,K and vitamin D are not causing such extreme fatigue in your case.

You have mentioned that you are on atorvastatin. Severe Myalgia and pain in body is one of the most common side effect of stations. The most severe adverse effect of statins is myotoxicity, in the form of myopathy, myalgia, myositis or rhabdomyolysis. Stop taking statins immediately and your myalgia will settle down in a week or two.

I don't think it has any thing to do with fatty liver and all.You are a open shut case of statin induced myopathy.

I can't see any blood reports so kindly attach them with follow up.

Advice
Strongly recommends to stop Atorvastatin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Have gone through your reports.Clinically they are all normal.Even lipids are just mildly deranged.
As per your query grade 1 and 2 fatty liver is common in XXXXXXX population and has nothing to do with your severe fatigue.

Creatine phosphokinase levels are responsible for statin induced myopathy. So if you want you can go for its level.
As you have stopped statins things will settle down in a week or so.
From last two month you feel heaviness after taking food? where? chest or abdomen?
please clarify.
Abdominal heaviness after gall stone surgery is very common after fatty meals i would suggest you to take pantoprazole 40mg one capsule before taking heavy means.External pancreatic enzymes supplements can also be taken before taking very heavy meals(Cap bylkreatin).
Regards.
