Brief Answer:
Get an ultrasound done

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.

The abdominal pain could be due to a number of reasons. A step by step approach should be taken. Getting an ultrasound done would be the first step. Treatment will depend upon the cause.

The leg pain could be due to muscle spasms which could have developed due to an electrolyte imbalance. I would insist you to take juicy fruits like citrus fruits. They contain plenty of potassium which should help in proper functioning of the muscles and in reduction of the cramps. You also need to increase her total fluid (water) intake and to take plenty of ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish the lost fluids and salts.

Let me know if I could help further.

I thought I mentioned she had an ultrasound which was negative. I was hoping you might suggest some things you would want to explore and/or rule out.

Brief Answer:
In case of electrolyte imbalance no changes in USG likely to be found

Detailed Answer:
In case there are no specific findings you can be quite certain that it is due to electrolyte imbalance. Try the suggestions I have given and I hope she would get relief.
