What Causes Fatigue, Body Pain, Low Grade Fever, Bruise And Nasal Bleeding?
Question: Hi. I am experiencing allot of body pain, fatigue, nosebleeds, and just general not feeling so great. And I'm bruising like crazy and running a low grade fever.

You should first check your complete blood count with platelet count. Your bruise and bleeding may be due to low platelet count. Apply ice and pressure over nose.
