Question: I can be really well but then suddenly have fatigue, body/bone aches and pains., thirst, a chesty cough of a night with pain/sore throat/neck on the left side. Sometimes it is with a headache. My hearing, sight (sore eyes) seem worse at these times and also my alertness. Mornings are particularly hard. I also notice at these times that my gums bleed when I clean my teeth and my hair falls out more than normal. I look ill - either very white or jaundice. My blood pressure is erratic as well. My stomach also can be bloated. I have had tests but nothing shows. I get over it after 3 to 10 days and feel really well once again.

My body/bone aches and pains and my extreme fatigue far outweigh the headache - sometimes I don't even get a headache with it. Feel I cannot agree with the 'migraine' diagnosis at all. I know what a migraine is, and this is definitely not migraine.
