Brief Answer:
Cardiac problems probably happening with Hashimoto's&diabetes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Hypothyroidism that is accompanying Hashimoto's and diabetes are risk factors for cardiac disease although your symptoms are not typical for hear issues.

If I was his caring doctor would evaluate his cardio-vascular system first through:
- ECG
- cardiac echo
- Stress test

Furthermore, a complete cardiac check up is recommended every year together with monitoring of TSH and thyroid hormones (T3, T4).

Hope it was of help!
