What Causes Fast Growing Lump Above Jaw?

Question: Hard fast growing one inch lump inside face above jaw near cheek, was pea size in XXXXXXX What could it be.....could removal affect facial nerves could it be cancer of the salivary glands, sarcoma?????
Hurry Im freaking out! Will they do biopsy catscan??????

If it is a growing benign cyst do they normally remove them? Remember pea size in XXXXXXX and 1 inch now. Is it a possibility it could damage nerves in face?
