Brief Answer:
Various causes for inability to conceive

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Apart from normal ovulation, there are many other factors which should be normal for conception like normal thyroid and prolactin hormone levels, normal blood sugar levels, patent fallopian tubes and normal semen parameters of the partner.
If all these are normal, and still not able to conceive, then you should go for intrauterine insemination or in vitro fertilization.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
