What Causes Facial Paralysis Down The Middle Of Face And Twitching?

Question: In the past few months I have been having face paralasis for a short time (half hour or so) down the middle of my face, twitching and not dizziness but, unsteady, like if I stand up or bend over I loose my balance. It happens on and off. What can this be...nothing matches the symptoms.
