Brief Answer:
Analgesic eye drops are required.Double vision requires reassessment by the eye surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your question in detail.

This pain post LASIK might be treated with a short course of analgesic eye drops.

I generally prescribe to my patients Diclofenac eye drops thrice a day for 3 days to get rid of this pain.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe it to you.

Pertaining to other major symptoms like Dizziness/Nausea which are directly related to Double vision( and that could be related to Postoperative Lasik), require examination of the eye directly under the slit lamp biomicroscopy. In most cases these symptoms should resolve in 2 weeks. But as this is not on your case, I advise you to check with your opthalmologist in person.

Meanwhile I prescribe Oral pills of PANTOP D once daily on empty stomach to get rid over this sensation of nausea and vomiting if any. Please check with your physician if he can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
