Question: What causes my limbs to feel like they are tired? I constantly stretch and rub them and get momentary relief and then they just feel tired again.

Hello and thank you for asking!
The symptoms you reported may be suggestive for many pathologies, but the most common to be excluded are; thyroid pathologies, a low testosterone, electrolite disturbances ect.
Except of a detailed clinical.examination, i would recommend to check;
-Full blood count
-Liver function ( AST, ALT, GGT)
-Electrolytes (Na, potassium, magnesium, calcium).
-Thyroid function; TSH
-Testosterone and SHBG
-Creatine kinase.
