About your symptoms;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
The symptoms you reported may be suggestive for many pathologies, but the most common to be excluded are; thyroid pathologies, a low testosterone, electrolite disturbances ect.
Except of a detailed clinical.examination, i would recommend to check;
-Full blood count
-Liver function ( AST, ALT, GGT)
-Electrolytes (Na, potassium, magnesium, calcium).
-Thyroid function; TSH
-Testosterone and SHBG
-Creatine kinase.
Will be a pleasure to help you further.
