Brief Answer: There is no cause for concern Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day Normal veins do not pulsate. Some individuals do experience pulsation in the elbow joint following measurement of blood pressure. The pulsation is likely to be originating from transient compression of Brachial artery due to atherosclerotic changes in it. It is temporary . It should subside in a day. Local application of ice pack will help relieve it. Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you. Take Care Best Regards Dr T Shobha Deepak MBBS,MD
