What Causes Excessive Tiredness?

default
Posted on Thu, 27 Nov 2014
Question: I have been extremely tired over the last month - I fall asleep at all times of the day. My Mono Auto% is 4.4 and my Lymph Abs are 3.1. In addition my Vitamin D is very low at 18.9. I have a BUN/Creat Ratio of 35 with a BUn of 21 however my Creatinine is.6. I had open heart surgery with a double bypass this past July. Could any of the above readings be causing my fatigue - in spite of my fatigue I am able to walk between 2 and 5 miles.

Brief Answer:
You may have anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your monocytes and lymphocytes count is normal. Your urea and creatinine is also normal. You may have anemia. Anemia leads to fatigue. Your fatigue may be due to your anemia or it may be due to your vitamin D deficiency.
Send me your report of complete blood count. So that I can help you further.
You should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then feel free to ask me.
