Brief Answer:
Please consult in-person an Endocrinologist for screening !!!

Detailed Answer:
I warmly welcome you and happy to assist for resolution of your issues. I appreciate for sending me detailed follow up and giving clues for making it better and fruitful conversation.

Symptoms you have, all suggest about having a thyroid disease e.g hyperthyroidism in which thyroid gland is more active than needed.

Other possibilities may be diabetes mellitus that also causes some of the symptoms you have.

For both of them you need to consult an Endocrinologist as he is the personnel trained to treat such cases with success.

He will go for a thorough physical examination and will run a battery of tests on you including but not limited to blood work for screening thyroid disease and diabetes mellitus. Treatment goes accordingly.

Hope I addressed all the concerns you have. Let me know if you have further questions. I will be more than happy to clear any doubts. For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change treatment options.
