Brief Answer:
Low or high blood pressure, anaemia, hypoglycemia might be responsible

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query.
It might be due to dehydration, anemia and hypoglycemia.
I would have done thorough general physical examination, checked his blood pressure as both low and high blood pressure can cause the symptoms mentioned.

I would have asked for investigation like random blood sugar and haemoglobin estimation. I would have waited for the investigation report as treatment will be based on it.

Hope this helps.
Take care
