What causes excessive hair and pigmentation around nose and chin?

Question: Hi
I am.29 year old woman having PCod problem and treatment is on going . Now adays I found Thik hairs on chin. And upper lips and darken skin near nose and chin. Can u pls suggest permanent solutions to remove hair and brightening the skin. Any Remedies for bleaching scars on face??

So before going to discussion I would like to know following things:-
1)Since how many years you have PCOD?
2)Did you take treatment for PCOD?
3)How are your cycles?
4)What is your height and weight?
5)Was any hormonal estimation done?
6)What is the cause for dark skin was it tanning or any other cause?
7)What is the treatment you are on ?
