What Causes Excessive Crying, Loss Of Appetite And Suicidal Ideations?

default
Posted on Thu, 5 Jan 2017
Question: I have been crying most of the morning and I have lost my appetite. Suicidal ideations? I don't know. I love my family, but I also love a man in my life. He doesn't feel the same about me, but I understand.........I think. I seem to put more into a relationship with a man than what I receive in return. Thank God we have know each other for a short while. I don't know how to sever ties, because I don't want to get hurt anymore by anyone. My happiness is my family....that's all I want at this juncture of my life. Yes, I take anti depressants, but they don't seem to help. I think I will visit my primary medical doctor asap. For now, what I can I do? Crying it out helps as I ask my Lord Jesus Christ for help and strength. Thanks for your time and your help. God Bless, XXXX

Brief Answer:
Have you talked to him?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Am happy you love your family and that gives you enough reasons to stay positive and move on. When we love deeply, it is a risk and we should be able to express it out fully. I will suggest that you tell him exactly how you feel and how you wish he could pay more attention to you. While it might look like you are begging him, it could be the best way to make him realize himself and show you the love and attention you deserve. If he really denies, at times it is a hard pill and I will suggest that you think about it again. I know someone at least would love and cherish you much, it might be taking long to meet that person but for sure you would.

If you ever feel like hurting yourself, think of how your family would feel. They love you and you love them and wouldn’t want to hurt them that much. Always call them in such moments and talk to them. It really helps. Also, call the emergency service for assistance if they get very strong. God knows you and certainly never plans ill but good. Believe in his word and keep the faith.

I wish you well.
