Question: Was having symptoms of increased belching, pain at level of rib cage, transient nausea and intermittent pain mid back. Lab work from MD was normal. US report to shows cystic mass on kidney, cysts on liver and enlarged common duct. I have no gall bladder. MD has scheduled CT scan, but I'm terrified NOW. No dark urine, no jaundice.

Brief Answer:
further tests required

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
At this point you dont need to be terrified. US is nonspecific test and CT scan will be accurate enough to rule out the worst. Cystic mass on liver and kidneys are in majority of cases benign simple cysts and if there wasnt some malignant feature on US described then this is probably benign, this is common finding in your age.
Enlarged common bile duct is also caused by some benign diseases such as biliary stones or pancreas cyst, but also some malignant diseases as well such as pancreatic or bile duct cancer.
You have nonspecific symptoms which indicate some gastrointestinal disorder which can be caused by more or less serious conditions.
Absence of jaundice is very good sign, but CT scan must be done to rule out pancreas and liver tumors and after it I would suggest gastroscopy with ERCP for final diagnosis. I think and hope that it will be just gastritis or pancreatitis at the end. Wish you good health. Regards

If this is determined to be a manageable problem, what type of physician would be best to find. Am not comfortable with current family practitioner.

Brief Answer:
gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You need to find gastroenterologist who can perform ERCP and gastroscopy. You should focus on pancreas now since this may be the biggest problem. If some focal lesions of pancreas and suspicous in liver are found then surgeon should be consulted. But more detailed work up is definitely required including CT and ERCP.
