What Causes Excess Secretion Of Semen From Penis During Flaccid State?
Question: I seem to have a problem and never heard of it I have erectile dysfuntion and a month or so after i got this all of a sudden I'll start to ejackulate out of no where and flacid I've never heard of anything like this and am embarrased to ask my doctor about it can you help me

Cause of erectile dysfunction likely related to diabetes and overall general physical condition (COPD and past major surgeries).
Smoking can contribute to ED as well as COPD. Better to stop.
Due to absence of intercourse since long possibility of semen overflow from seminal vesicles during flaccid state and that is normal.
If there is any burning is urine or difficulty in urinating, consultation of doctor is required. Otherwise you are absolutely fine.

Yes I've been having burning and hard to urinate takes awhile to get started. this is been happening for about a year
