Dear Friend.
In your case it seems to be age related issues.
Our libido decereases with the advancing age. I would suggest you to simply take Sildenafil on as on when required basis. Take 25 mg 20 minutes before play. Indulde more in foreplay.
Sildenafil should be used with precautions in heart patients.
Since you are hypertensive get a cardiac evaluation done before you start on Sildenafil.
