tadalafil.

Thanks for the details.

First is to control diabetes. Diabetes can itself be the reason for erectile dysfunction.

Secondly, for the treatment of erectile dysfunction per se, drugs like tadalafil and sildenafil are helpful.

I prefer to use tadalafil in my patients of ED.
Single dose acts for almost 2 days. There only few side effects like headache and runny nose which resolve on its own in 3-4 days.

Other then this, practice kegels exercise.
Eat green vegetables and fruits in your diet.
