From past almost 6-7 months i am facing Erectile Dysfunction problem. Earlier i used to get erection every alternate day and we used to have intercourse almost 2-3 times a week. But now from past 6-7 months i am not getting proper erection and the sex drive is very very low. After some foreplay also i am not getting erection and whatever erection i am getting the ejaculation is happening within seconds, earlier i could carry on for 5-10 minutes. Please help me. I am over weight (84 kgs) and have a moderately active life style. I take pain killers for my lower back ache issue.

Brief Answer:
Get these tests done

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query
I understand that you have developed this after your wife got pregnant There can be many reasons
1- Is your child unplanned, resulting in interpersonal issues
2- Your wife may have developed reduced desire , which will affect you and ED may result
3- Your obesity may be contributing to ED
Please get the following tests done

-HbA1c
Serum Testosterone (Total)
SHBG
Serum Albumin

Get these blood tests done from a good lab and send reports

Brief Answer:
Maintain intimacy

Detailed Answer:
hello
It will take some time, may be a few months because it is difficult to remove fears and guilt from your wife's mind. Though every thin may seem to be fine, it takes a while to be biologically fine. You need to support her, discuss her fears , may be regarding child rearing or financial matters at present or future. Don't press for intercourse but maintain intimacy . Get these tests done
