Brief Answer:
visit your doctor as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Detection of bacteria and epithelial cells in urine is not a good indication and she needs to visit her gynecologist at the earliest because otherwise there are increased chances of preterm labor pains.
It is common after 30 weeks because pregnant uterus can press ureters and thus decrease output.
So visit your doctor at the earliest and till then ask her to increase the water intake to at least 2 litres a day and also she should lie down in lateral position (and never on her back) so as to relieve pressure from the ureters.
All the best.
