Brief Answer:
Foe how long have you had epistaxis? How much blood flows out?

Detailed Answer:
HI and thanks so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this epistaxis that you have reported. I will like to know for how long this has been going on and how much blood flows. Also, how often do you get this and is this the first time you are experiencing such. Finally, I will be very grateful if you can upload you preliminary results for review as well.

However, most cases of epistaxis of small volumes are benign. They often resolve all by themselves. If this fails, there is need for examination of the nasal passages and blood tests to evaluate clotting. This generally provides initial guidance on how to proceed. Most important thing is to be systematic and progressive to avoid any unnecessary aggressive measures.

Let me hear from you on the about points so as to provide more insights and guidance.
