Brief Answer:
Testicular enlargement: Hydrocele/Varicocele

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Greetings of the day.

The glands on either side of the penis are nothing but "Testis"- male gonads.

Going by the history you have provided that your testis are getting larger each day it appears to be most likely either 'Hydrocele or 'Varicocele'.

Hydrocele is a condition where there is fluid accumulation in the covering of testis whereas Varicocele is a condition where there is dilatation of blood vessels (veins) in the testis.

These conditions are best diagnosed by:
1. Thorough Clinical Examination and Physical assessment
2. Ultrasound and Color doppler of the testis

I would suggest you to consult your physician and have thorough physical examination done. In the meantime you can also send me clinical photograph of both your testes for preliminary assessment.

Please do let me know if you need further clarification or information. I would be glad to assist you.

Best regards,
Dr. T. Shobha Deepak
