Brief Answer:
About thyroid autoimmunity;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
High thyroglobulin antibodies are suggestive for an autoimmune disease of the thyroid gland.
As you may know, vitiligo is an autoimmune pathology and usually is associated with autoimmune processes affecting other organs, that is why in these cases thyroid and some other autoimmune diseases are checked.
Thyroglobulin antibodies, attack thyroid gland and destroy it. As a result it doesn't produce hormones any more. At this point, the thyroid hormone ( levothyroxine) should be taken orally.
Elevated TSH level is suggestive for low thyroid function.
Once the thyroid gland is destroyed, it does not retake it's function anymore.
So levothyroxine is a long-term therapy.
Hope i have answered your query

Brief Answer:
Keep monitoring TSH!

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back!
Thanks you should keep monitoring it every 6 months! It means that the normal thyroid tissue remained, compensates good the thyroid function.
Once it is over 4 mUi/ ml, treatment with levothyroxine should be started.

Brief Answer:
About thyroid antibodies:

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
There is no treatment to lower antithyroglobulin antibodies.
The pathology is chronic and they will continue to be high.
For the moment there is no need to start treatment for thyroid because the thyroid function is normal.
The outcome of vitiligo ia not related to anti thyroglobulin antibodies. It may improve or get worse independently of thyroglobulin antibodies.
The thyroid function is closely related to thyroglobulin antibodies and it should be monitored every 6 months.
Hope the information will help.
kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

About vitiligo treatment:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are many causes of low monocytes and the whole blood count + a detailed clinical examination is needed to give you an answer about it.
You didn't mention the treatment (cream) that you are using, usually we recommend tanning creams. It is unusual for vitiligo to get re pigmented.
