Brief Answer:
normal for athletes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Considering such excessive physical activity,ck levels are expected to be high and usually range between 200-800IU. Sodium value is slightly reduced and this is also effect of prolonged sweating and activity seen in runners. To prevent low sodium levels you should drink water and isotonic fluids during longer period, not at once. Drink some before, some during and some after exercise. Also,a salty snack such as peanuts, food such as soup, crackers or pratzels should be taken one hour prior to running. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
BUN is also elevated in runners

Detailed Answer:
22 is only slightly elevated BUN and urea is elevated in blood of active people so thus should not concern you.
