Brief Answer:
Need not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.

I have gone through the report.
Everything appears normal except leucocytosis in peripheral smear.
There need not be worried, as the distribution and morphology are absolutely normal. Such a situation is very common, some common causes being sampling following exercise, smoking etc.

Anyhow, this is to be assessed in the background of clinical information, along with complete blood count with differential count.

For the time being, if you have no symptoms like fever/loss of apatite etc, nothing to worry. You can do a complete blood count with differential count after 2 weeks, and followup with the report.

Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Need not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Physical stress can cause high WBC count;but mental stress usually will not.
5-6 WBCs in urine need not be worried if not symptomatic.Just have enough fluids.

As I told, just review with a CBC after 2 weeks.
It is better to stick on a single good quality lab,as there can be minor variation between machines.

Hope you got cleared now.
Thank you.
