Brief Answer:
Avoidance of alcohol is the best medicine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, Welcome to healthcaremagic. I really appreciate your concern. I am Dr. Manan Patel answering your question.

If you are taking Whiskey regularly then it is the most likely cause of your slightly increased SGPT levels. So definite remedy to normalize SGPT level is to avoid alcohol.

You can try Liv.52 by Himalaya Herbal Healthcare which is proven to be somewhat beneficial in all kind of hepatic injury. If you continue to drink alcohol there is less chances of benefit.

You can follow certain instruction to lower SGPT:
Avoid alcohol.
Drink plenty of water.
Have green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in diet.
Avoid fatty foods like cheese, meat, chicken etc.
Avoid high salt intake.
Quit smoking.
Avoid misuse or overuse of anti-biotics, pain killers and steroids.

Always remember that prevention is better than cure.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
