The increase in Sgot and Sgpt show the recent infection. Need not worry much if all other reports are normal. I suggest you to re test the sgot and Sgpt after a month.

Brief Answer:
Suggests the infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the follow up.

The reports shows the increase in WBC and liver enzymes. This shows there is some infection. With the situation of elevation of liver enzymes and white blood cells, this requires a follow up with a physician to rule out an infection.

Further imaging including abdominal ultrasound or ct scan of the abdomen may be warranted as well depending on the physical examination by the physician

A test that measures a type of antibody known as heterophile antibody is often performed.

I suggest you to consult a gastroenterologist at the earliest.

Take care.
