Brief Answer:
You need not to stopped both saazo and remicade

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have read your question and I think you did right by stopping SAAZO . It is a hepatotoxic drug and cause fatty liver. I hope you are not taking Remicade. Because it can also damage liver.
Now for next 3 months avoid any hepatotoxic medication like Methotexate . Also do not take pain killers like tramadol which get metabolise mainly in liver.
I would also request you to avoid fatty diet.
Your hepatic enzymes are not very high and your liver damage is still reversible. Everything will be normal in some time. There is liver medicine LIV 52 which you can take after discussing with your doctor.
Once your liver is normal you can start low doses SAAZO. Do not take both SAAZO and Remicade. As both have additive side effect on liver.
I hope these measures will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any followup question.
Thanks.
