Brief Answer:
nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
i think you have been asking the same question again and again.please dont worry about CEA level. if the fear of cancer coming back is troubling you can get CECT abdomen and colonoscopy. If both are normal where is the question of cancer. Please dont let fear occupy your brain.
Take care

repeat CEA

PET scan will answer your queries and put your worries to an end. Chemotherapy can be started irrespective of CEA level. If you still have doubt repeat CEA again.
