hello,
C reactive protein, is a general marker of inflammation which can be increased in any disease like infection, sometimes in heart disease also. We don't treat it, but we have to treat the cause. So get back with your symptoms and if absolutely no symptoms then needs some test.

Detailed Answer:
hello,
First your urine report is absolutely normal. Few RBC upto Five and also few pus cells is a normal finding. So don't have Urinary infection. Now, if you are not having any other symptoms like fever, cough etc. then cause of CRP elevation is considered to be a cardiac cause. Elevated CRP basically identifies a group of people who are at increased risk of heart diseases.
Please let me the absolute value of CRP and reference range of the lab. I assume you are not having any symptoms of heart disease like chest pain or heaviness or chest discomfort on exertion. You should undergo lipid profile, sugars, ecg and treadmill test if ecg is normal. So you can get back with these reports. We will see after the report if any medicine needs to be added or not. You continue blood pressure medication.
In treatment, you should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly thrice a day for one week then once or twice a week. If bp is persistently more than 140/90 mmhg, then we need to optimize the medicines for it. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. There shouldn't abdominal fat deposition or obesity. Get back if you are having any further doubts.

Detailed Answer:
hello once again,
Firstly regarding your reports, most of them are normal. Your CRP is also normal. Urine should some rbcs but that's ok, sometimes they can be present, also culture is normal. So no need to worry. I think sugar and lipid profile test you should undergo once. Was echo done any time in the past, if not then you should have one baseline echo as well. Did you have heart attack any time in the past, if not then continue same treatment. If yes we may need to add some more medicine.
Secondly, ecosprin gold will not lead to Urinary problem instead ramipril sometimes may cause, so you can have in the morning. Avoid plenty of water or liquids in the evening time.
Exercise is very important and if not able to jog then at least brisk walking or just walking should be done. Also, do yoga daily, it will be helpful. You monitor blood pressure at home as advised previously for a week and make a chart, then upload the chart, if it's deranged we may need to increase ramipril to 5 mg once a day. Lower the blood pressure, more beneficial it is. I hope it helps you, if you have any doubts please free to ask.
