Brief Answer:
Common incidental finding

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am not really bothered about your liver enzymes. I commonly see these values with my patients who are doing healthy.
AST and ALT are just high normal and can be expected in a septagenarian female because of various reasons including old age.
If you do not have any health problems I suggest you to remain calm and these values should not raise apprehensions.

Let me know if I can address any healthissue.
