Brief Answer:
ALT and AST level are mildly raised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Normal level of ALT is 7 to 56-60 U/L and AST level is 5-45 U/L. If these levels are increased 10-20 times higher than normal indicates severe liver injury.
Your findings suggests mildly raised ALT and AST.
Increased ALT indicates liver injury. Increase in ALT may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.

AST is non specific finding. It increases in many conditions.

You need few other investigations like routine hemogram, complete liver function test,Random blood sugar,Lipid profile, viral markers and ultrasound of abdomen.
ECG and ECHO can also be done to rule out cardiac cause of pain.

You need follow up investigations.
If raised ALT persists then I suggest my patients to take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

You should avoid fatty food.

Proper treatment depend upon full investigation reports.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
