Thanks for the question.

I think you do not have to panic at this time. The levels are not markedly elevated. In otherwise normal healthy person like you who play badminton we would see increase in ALP because of bone mass loss. ALP comes from bones as well.
At this time I would suggest to repeat the test again. If still elevated get serum GGT levels done, then it confirm if it is liver problem.
We have seen mildly elevated ALP in alcoholics, sedentary people with fatty liver.
