Question: I am 77 years old and in relatively good health but I am having terrible problems with bruises. What can be done to reduce these.

Please note.
1. Bruising Is commonly encountered problem in elderly people especially when on drugs like Antiplatelets, Steroids etc

2. But, the drugs that you are consuming are safe.

3. Suggest you these few things..
A. Please avoid minor trauma.
Most of the times it's the minor trauma causing such a problem

2. Please get your coagulation profile tested.
Pt, aPtt and INR.
This tells us the coagulation problems if any.
